And a month later....

Recently I've seen a lot of people doubting the goodness of God and putting him in a tiny, little, itty, bitty box that He really, really doesn't like to be in.

In Aramaic the word "abba" means Father and it has become the modern word that Israeli children use for "daddy". Jesus applied this word to our divine Heavenly Father!! Our Daddy, Abba, precious Father, Provider, Maker, who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name! I think about the love that my earthly daddy has shown me and it amazes me that I actually call God my Father. That means that he loves me and cares MORE about me than my other daddy. My other daddy who loves me unconditionally, who daily reminds me of that love, who gives me a home, who supports everything I do, who misses me when I'm gone, who looks forward to talking to me, who wants me to be the happiest girl ever, who never lets me down, who protects me, who finds me jobs, who CARES about every little thing down to the type of toothpaste I use, and who does absolutely everything that he can to love me as much as earthly possible. Isn't it perfect how God calls Himself the Father? I am a daughter of the King and that makes me royalty and I deserve to be treated as royalty.

So yes, my Papa does care about every little thing that involves me, because he knows the deepest desires of my heart. He cares about where I live and why I live there. He cares about my passions and what I do with them. He cares about my heart and he protects it. He cares about my future and he preserves it. He cares about all things working together for my good and he makes all things work together for my good. He cares about me so much that He sent His only begotten Son to die for my sins so that I could be made clean and flawless. He cares so much about me, and it's to an extent that is actually just unfathomable.

He's really good, and a lot gooder than that.

And yes I wrote gooder on purpose.

Love,
Allayna

"And we know that in all things that God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose." -Romans 8:28
